Dr. Tiffany T. Lovelady, a Jackson, MS-based LPC, NCC and NCSC clinician, discovered her gift of counsel as a high school student. Genuinely interested in the well-being of others, she often found herself as the sounding board amongst her peers. While most might shy away from the pressures of such responsibilities, Tiffany embraced it! Upon graduation from high school, her longing to be of service to others led her to pursue a BA in Psychology followed by an MS in Counselor Education at Mississippi State University. Kwanza Price, PMHNP-BC, is a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Rehoboth Psychiatric Services. It is her endeavor to treat and encourage patients holistically to ensure an individual sense of well-being and purpose. She graduated, with honors, from the University of Mississippi Medical Center with a Master of Science in Nursing degree. Upon completion of board certification, she began practicing within her home state of Mississippi.
Prior to transitioning into nursing, Kwanza worked in several capacities within the insurance industry and also within the realm of Public and Community Health in which she received a Master’s Degree at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL. It is her passion to encourage Mississippians to maximize their mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellness through health education and promotion. She embodies this strong sense of community that has been embedded by her association with family and friends, and her alma mater Tougaloo College and sorority Alpha Kappa Alpha, Inc.
